Deposit via the FTNI ETran Mobile Payments app:

  1. Sign into the FTNI ETran Mobile Payments app with your eXp Realty username.
  2. Select Make a Payment to do a deposit.
  3. Enter the remainder of required info.
  4. Take a picture of the front and back of the cheque.
  5. Email a copy to yourself.
  6. Click OK.

Key notes:

  • Do NOT use commas when entering $ amounts.

  • Client Name is the name of person providing the deposit.

  • NO PERSONAL CHEQUES.

NOTE: You are NOT required to upload a copy of the cheque or confirmation to Skyslope using FTNI.

NOTE:
 A bank service charge is applied to wire transfers.

The client will be responsible for paying the fee their own bank charges them for sending the wire (this amount is often approx. $45.00).

It’s very important to send a copy of the wire transfer receipt to [email protected] so they can process the deposit and provide an eXp receipt confirming the funds have been received. Please send the receipt with the following information:

  1. The address of the property

  2. The name of the buyer

  3. The amount of the required deposit

ETRANSFER

  1. Send deposit email to sender [email protected]
  2. Make sure the sender includes the deal property address and the name of the eXp agent in message of etransfer
  3. This option is typically for smaller deposits as most banks have a daily transfer limit (IE: $3000/24hrs).
  4. Please inquire with your bank to find out if they permit a one-time limit increase to accommodate a larger deposit amount.

The entire amount of deposit needs to be received by the, ‘time allocated in the OTP’.

Note

If a cheque is received from someone other than your clients (ie: parents of the client), you will need to FINTRAC the person that provided the cheque and also ask if they are a 3rd party to the deal. Add them as a 3rd party on FINTRAC if they are.

DEPOSIT RETURNS

Required items:

  • Method of return (ie: direct deposit or EFT).
  • A void cheque from the original account the funds came from.
  • All revisions requested and all missing documents completed on Skyslope.

Reminder

When listings or accepted offers collapse/expire/cancel, you CANNOT recycle the Skyslope transaction, they must open a new one.
