Below you will find a PDF sample of all the documents we prepared in a Pre-Listing Package for clients. This was all placed in an envelope and hand-delivered or couriered to the client before meeting with them.
As you can see below, we put the files into a folder (branded) and had the sheets printed by a printing company on premium semi-gloss paper and cut full-bleed so they stacked on the left side. The right side was reserved for the CMA and any contract documents.
We had custom folders created for our brand however today I would recommend utilizing the excellent eXp folders that can be purchased in the eXp Marketing Centre.
