This End User Agreement (the Agreement) is entered into by and between eXp Realty of Canada Inc. (eXp Realty) and any and all individuals that use the FTNI Etran Mobile App to deposit Cheques payable to eXp Realty (End User or You). The End User shall read the detailed procedures for proper usage of the FTNI ETran mobile application (mobile app) and handling of Cheques as stated below. Once You have completed the review and agreed to the terms via e-signature, You will receive credentials to enable the ETran mobile application.
