Deposits with eXp Realty are very simple! Basically, you can bring (or have your client bring) any deposit by bank draft or certified funds to any BMO branch and have it deposited directly into our Trust Account.
IMPORTANT
When you have a deposit that needs to go to eXp, ensure the certified cheque or bank draft is made out to “eXp Realty In Trust” and use the BMO account info below to make the deposit.
Don’t forget to take a scan/photo of the cheque/draft before depositing it!
If you have your clients deposit for you, have them send you a photo of the draft, as well as a copy of the deposit receipt from the bank teller.
