- It is all about the agent and your senior partner.
- Take a backseat and allow your Senior Partner to take control but remain present.
- Edify your Senior Partner.
- Do not answer any questions unless your Senior Partner specifically addresses you.
- Remember, just because you are not as actively involved in the call, you still need to be present and take interest.
